How do I get COR certified in Ontario?
COR™ in Ontario is issued through the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association, which is the sole certifying partner in the province. An employer builds a health and safety management system against the COR standard, completes an internal audit, then passes an external audit. Certification is increasingly required to bid municipal and provincial construction work, which is why most employers pursue it.

Where the authority sits. Syon Safety is not a certifying body and does not issue COR™ or ISO 45001 certificates. COR™ is issued in Ontario by the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association, and ISO 45001 certification is issued by an accredited certification body of your choosing. What we provide is the management system, the documentation and the audit preparation that get you through their process.
